DELIVERY TIME

YOUR ORDER SHOULD ARRIVE IN 48 HOURS (LITHUANIA, LATVIA, ESTONIA) AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE.
We ship from Monday until Thursday. in Baltics (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) only because it’s important that your kombucha is delivered fresh. Orders placed after 11 am PST on Friday will be shipped Monday the following week. We offer door to door service using Omniva in Baltics.

We currently do not ship outside Baltic states.

 

SHIPPING COST

For 5 boxes and less, shipping is 4 EUR per order.
For 6 boxes or more, shipping is 8 EUR per order.
All shipping is handled by Omnivia.

 

SHIPPING

Vitality drink cannot be held responsible for damaged or compromised kombucha due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect addresses. We ship to the exact address you enter at checkout. Please double check that your address is correct before submitting your order. Please contact Omniva if they are having trouble delivering to your particular address.
  • We allow our products Transit time of 48h without refrigerated temperatures. If your order is not delivered in this Time period Please contact us.
  • Vitality drink shipping boxes are clearly marked “PERISHABLE”. Vitality drink products must be refrigerated once received. They must be consumed within USE BY date on Label.
 

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of our beverage products, we do not accept returns for beverage products purchased from our website. If there were issues with our products or troubles in receiving our goods, please contact us.
